Ted Weinberg

Ted Weinberg is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in technology solutions and resource management. Currently serving as the Project Management Practice Lead and Estimation Manager for the City of Seattle since May 2017, Weinberg oversees a $300M project portfolio that supports various city departments and public services. Additionally, Weinberg holds a City Council Member position for the City of Mercer Island. Previous roles include Principal Program Manager at UI Evolution, Co-Founder and CEO of Portfolio Effect, and holding various positions at Avanade, where significant contributions were made to project management offices and training initiatives. Weinberg began a career at Microsoft, managing SQL Server releases and integrations. Weinberg holds an MBA in Technology Management from the UW Foster School of Business.
