Randip Banerji

Randip Banerji is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business transformation. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Europe at Mercer since June 2011, Randip also holds roles as Partner & Transformation Leader for International Regions and Principal, focusing on Global Delivery for Career Products. Prior to Mercer, Randip worked at Aon Hewitt from January 2005 to June 2011 as a Business Manager, specializing in business transformation and operational excellence. Experience also includes a position as Sr. Manager at American Express Company from February 1997 to December 2004, where business transformation and operational excellence were key responsibilities, and a brief tenure as an Executive Trainee at Deutsche Bank AG. Academic credentials include a Commerce degree from The Doon School and a BA in Humanities from Hindu College.
