Rohit Nerurkar, CFA, CAIA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate investment research and analysis. Currently serving as the Head of US Real Estate and Co-Head of North American Real Estate at Mercer, Rohit has held various roles, including Principal and Senior Associate as a Real Estate Investment Research Specialist. Prior to Mercer, Rohit worked as a Financial Analyst at Guy Carpenter and held positions at State Street Bank as a Structured Trust Associate 1 and at Electric Boat as a Finance Intern. Rohit earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut between 2008 and 2012.
