Yasuhiro Tanaka

Yasuhiro Tanaka is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Principal and Team Leader of Japan Client Services at Mercer since October 2017, Yasuhiro has progressively advanced through various management roles within the company. Prior to Mercer, Yasuhiro worked at East Japan Railway Company from April 2011 to September 2017, achieving notable successes such as developing an award system that increased improvement activities by 10% and facilitating labor agreements to enhance employee benefits. Additional consultancy experiences include analyzing market strategies for Kimberly-Clark and supporting healthcare initiatives with The Ihangane Project.
