Jaya Chand Bandi is a seasoned professional in engineering and architecture management, currently serving as the Senior Engineering and Architecture Manager at MerchantE since August 2016. Prior to this role, Jaya held various positions at MerchantE, including Senior Systems Architect and Technical Architect. With a strong foundation in software development, Jaya's career also includes experience as a Lead Java Developer at Syntel and Senior Software Engineer at First Data Corporation. Earlier academic involvement includes a tenure as an Assistant Professor at GITAM University, where Jaya taught Data Communication and Software Engineering. Jaya holds an M.Tech in Information Technology from Andhra University and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
