Scott's career also encompasses positions at New London County Mutual Insurance, Independence Blue Cross, Reliant Personal Insurance Company, Harleysville Insurance Companies, and State Farm, with a strong focus on claims management and underwriting. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and completed secondary education at Danville High School.
