Janney Rojas has accumulated extensive experience in customer success and merchandising, currently serving as a Merchandising Generalist at Merchology since October 2019, where previous roles included Order Fulfillment Specialist and Senior Customer Success Specialist. Prior to Merchology, Janney held the position of Office Manager at CertaPro Painters from January 2018 to October 2019, and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Transforming Age in 2017.
