Martin Chapel

Martin Chapel currently serves as the COO at Merci Handy since September 2021. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of Brand Initiative Director for Gucci, Burberry, and Chloé fragrances at Coty from September 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing project management and value-creation programs to optimize costs and drive revenue growth. Martin's earlier experience at Procter & Gamble spanned from 2012 to 2018, including roles as Head of Initiative Supply Planning Operations for Hair Care Europe and Distribution Requirements Planning Leader for Hair Care CEETIC. Martin's expertise lies in managing cross-functional teams, executing product launches, and streamlining supply chain processes. Martin holds a Master's degree in Management from TBS Education and completed exchange studies at Hanken School of Economics.
