Champ C. currently serves as Senior Counsel for M&A and Finance at Merck Group, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Champ worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Welthungerhilfe from November 2023 to June 2025, overseeing legal and compliance matters across more than 35 countries. Experience also includes serving as Legal Director at Moderngold, where responsibilities encompassed legal, compliance, HR, finance, and tax issues within a family-owned jewellery business. Champ's career began with significant roles at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, focusing on corporate law, public M&A, and joint ventures.
