Jakob Hoppe

Jakob Hoppe currently serves as the Sector CFO Healthcare at Merck Group, a position held since December 2007. Throughout the tenure at Merck, Jakob has progressed through various roles including Senior Director of Global Marketing & Strategy, Head of Global Neurology & Immunology New Medicines (ad-interim), and Director of EMEA Consumer Health Controlling, among others. Prior to joining Merck, Jakob was a Project Manager at Junior Comtec Darmstadt e.V. Jakob holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Diplom in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and has completed studies abroad in Industrial Engineering at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
