Marc Weber

Marc Weber has a diverse background in production planning and management, having worked as a Production Planning Manager at Merck Gruppe from April 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included production planning, operational purchasing, evaluations, and project management. Marc also served as an Expert in Excise Duties, specializing in alcohol, energy, and electricity taxes, along with a role as Production Controller focused on supply chain management. Academically, Marc earned a Master of Business Administration in Change Management and Leadership from Hochschule Burgenland, where the master's thesis addressed the challenges of an aging workforce in the changing world of work, achieving a "Sehr gut" evaluation. Additionally, Marc completed the Ausbildereignung (AEVO) qualification at IHK Darmstadt in 2020, enhancing skills in the training of instructors.
