Anthony M. Wildasin

Anthony M. Wildasin is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate Director, Legal (Corporate Governance) and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Merck since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing the preparation and internal audit of the annual proxy statement. Previously, Anthony worked as an Associate at Day Pitney LLP, counseling public companies on compliance with reporting obligations.
