Brian Gaspar

Brian Gaspar is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Associate Director in Technical Operations at Merck since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading projects for the West Point Packaging IPT. Prior to this role, Brian held various engineering positions at Exelon Nuclear from June 2012 to January 2019, progressing from Senior Reliability Engineer to Associate Director of Reliability Engineering. Additional experience includes serving in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, where Brian was involved in reactor controls and operational duties aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt and USS O'Kane. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
