Josh Koch

Josh Koch currently serves as Chief of Staff and AD of Strategic Planning at Merck since August 2023. Previously, Josh was Chief of Staff at Aanika Biosciences, Inc. from January 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the CEO and facilitating business scalability post-Series A funding. Prior roles include Senior Financial Analyst at National Grid and Senior FP&A Analyst at Success Academy Charter Schools, where strategic financial guidance was provided to improve financial standings. Additional experience includes management of daily operations in educational settings, internship in Corporate FP&A at Juniper Networks, and military service in intelligence roles within the US Navy. Josh holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an AA in Arabic Language from the Defense Language Institute, and a BS in Finance from Northern Kentucky University.
