Katie Klee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and process development within the biotech industry. Currently, Katie serves as a Senior Specialist in Engineering at Merck, having progressed through various roles including Senior Scientist and Associate Scientist in Upstream Process Development and Global Vaccines and Biologics Commercialization. In addition to their work at Merck, Katie has taken on the role of Ambassador for the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, advocating for the advancement of women in the workplace. Katie's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Lehigh University, and Katie is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management at The Johns Hopkins University. Previous experiences also include internships and trainee positions at Merck and the Luxembourg Institute of Health, showcasing a strong foundation in process analytics and biotechnological research.
