Nate Kapinos is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in DevOps and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of DevOps Center of Excellence at Mercury Insurance since July 2023, Nate previously led DevOps and Release efforts at Astronomer, significantly enhancing release processes and code quality. Notably, at Salesforce, Nate held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Production Engineering for Einstein, where complex technical programs were delivered to facilitate adoption models. Earlier experiences include positions at Alpine Data Labs, Platfora, and Greenplum, where contributions spanned automation, quality assurance, and team development. Nate's career began in customer service and systems administration at Self-Service Networks, building a solid foundation in technology and operations. Nate holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
