Greg Gleason began their work experience in 2011 as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Tampa, where they assisted in running on-campus events and conducted research work. In 2012, they worked as a Brand Manager at Running for Brews before transitioning to McKinsey & Company as a Financial Analyst on the CFO Team. Greg joined Mercury in 2016, initially as a Director and later promoted to Vice President of Strategic Finance in 2021.
Greg Gleason obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Greg later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Finance at the University of Tampa, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013.
