Diane Bauer

Diane Bauer currently serves as the Senior Director of Data & Analytics and Corporate Growth at Mercury Systems, where responsibilities include managing forecasting, automation, and KPI sales data for the company, which generates $1 billion in revenue. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Director of Sales Operations at Newforma, overseeing backend sales processes and revenue reporting, and collaborated with the CFO on contract reviews. Earlier experiences include Director of Sales and Business Operations at Marathon Technologies, where Diane worked on customer contracts and business analysis, and Sales Operations Business Manager at Telcordia Technologies, managing global sales functions. Diane holds a Master’s in Education and a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration and Planning from the University of New Hampshire.
