Neil Haley

Neil Haley is a Principal Hardware Engineer at Mercury Systems since December 2018, and concurrently serves as a Principal at Sebago Design Services LLC, providing expert design services to corporate clients since June 2017. Previous experience includes notable roles at Symantec, Blue Coat Systems, and Crossbeam Systems, where Haley was instrumental in the development of next-generation security appliances. Earlier in the career, positions at Egenera, Lucent Technologies, Ascend Communications, Stratus Computer, and Data General showcased expertise in hardware architecture, system design, and engineering across various high-tech platforms. Haley holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
