Donald Bickel

Donald Bickel is a Partner at MercuryWorks, a position held since April 1998. Bickel contributed to the Tampa SQL Server User Group as a Board Member from June 2005 to December 2012, which is a chapter of the Professional Association of SQL Server (PASS) founded by Microsoft and Computer Associates to support SQL Server users. Prior to that, Bickel served as a Principal Engineer at Tampa Electric from June 1993 to February 2000, focusing on the analysis and planning of the bulk power grid, including technical and economic evaluations of the electrical transmission system. Bickel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
