Eddie Lam

Eddie Lam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as the Customer Lifecycle Team Coach at Mercury NZ since November 2021, Eddie has previously held roles at 2 Cheap Cars as a Vehicle Fleet Controller and at Concentrix, where Eddie progressed from an Account Support Manager to a Team Manager and Operations Supervisor over a six-year period. Additional experience includes working at IBM as an Operations Supervisor and at Air New Zealand as a Contact Center Agent. Eddie's career began in a supportive role at City Photo. Educational credentials include studies at The University of Auckland.
