Genelle Vanderschantz

Genelle Vanderschantz has extensive experience in customer engagement and team leadership, currently serving as Service Manager - Customer Experience at Mercury NZ since December 2021, while also functioning as Customer Engagement Team Coach. Prior roles include Customer Engagement Coach at The Warehouse Group, where responsibilities included coaching team members, improving customer experience metrics, and addressing performance issues, alongside leadership of a team of 10-20. Genelle's experience extends to an Assistant Store Manager position at Noel Leeming, focusing on customer service and sales targets, and earlier as Store Manager at Tank Juice Bar, overseeing business operations and staff management. Genelle holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science with First Class Honours from Wintec.
