Phil. Armstrong

Phil Armstrong is an experienced ISP Engineer currently with Mercury NZ since January 2023, focusing on compute infrastructure within the ISP business. Prior to this role, Phil served as a Systems Engineer at Trustpower from April 2016 to May 2023, contributing to infrastructure support teams. Phil's earlier experience includes working as a Consulting Engineer at Dimension Data, specializing in Microsoft integration, VMware, and storage, while also holding consulting roles at Axon Computer Systems Ltd, Integral Technology Group, and various contracting positions at Deutsche Bank and Atlantic Telecom, among others. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Waikato, completed in 2002.
