Sarah Simpson, MBA, is an experienced professional in integrated healthcare and construction management. Currently serving as an Integrated Healthcare Business Analyst at Mercy Care, which is administered by Aetna, Sarah specializes in the Medicare/Medicaid lines of business. Previously held the position of Integrated Healthcare Care Manager, collaborating with medical staff to enhance care compliance and support member recovery. As President of Simpson Walker Contracting Corp since July 2012, Sarah leads a general commercial building company that provides project and construction management services in Phoenix Metro and the state of Arizona. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Liaison at Choices Network of Arizona, facilitating care coordination for the Medicare and AHCCCS insured population. Sarah holds an MBA in Business Administration and Leadership from Ottawa University, a BA in Sociology from the University of Arizona, and a Certificate of Completion in Construction Management from Turner School of Construction Management.
Mercy Care
Mercy Care is a not-for-profit health plan serving AHCCCS members throughout Arizona. Owned by Dignity Health and Ascension Health, Mercy Care has served Medicaid members since 1985. Mercy Care provides access to health care services for families, children, seniors, and people with physical and developmental/cognitive disabilities. Mercy Care also operates as the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) in Maricopa County, which was the first RBHA in Arizona to offer integrated physical and behavioral health services to persons determined to have a serious mental illness.
