Dena Whipple, Ed.D. currently serves as the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs at Mercy College since March 2022. Whipple has a long-standing affiliation with SUNY Orange, where roles have included Interim Associate Vice President for the Division of Learning and Student Success, Associate Vice President for the Division of Learning and Student Success, Adjunct Assistant Professor, and Director of The Center for Teaching & Learning, starting in January 2005. Prior experience includes a position as Staff Photographer at Haddon House Food Products, Inc. from July 2000 to February 2004. Dena Whipple earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, a Master's Degree in Educational Media Design & Technology from Full Sail University, and a B.A. in Art with a focus on Art & Photography from The Pennsylvania State University.
