Ryan MacSpadyen, MBA, serves as the Head Coach and Assistant Athletic Director for Men's Lacrosse at Mercy University. Prior to this role, Ryan played as a Transition Player for the Georgia Swarm Professional Lacrosse team. Ryan's experience also includes positions as an Account Manager and Physician Recruiter Assistant at Direct IME. In the realm of college lacrosse, Ryan was a Graduate Assistant Coach and previously a Co-Captain and Midfielder for the Men's Lacrosse team at Mercy College. Ryan earned an MBA in Business Administration and Finance from Mercy University from 2019 to 2021 and completed a bachelor's degree at the same institution from 2015 to 2019.
