Bradley McArthur

Bradley Mcarthur is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in finance management, operational support, and governance within non-profit and performance arts sectors. Currently serving as E4I Head of Finance, Compliance, and Operations at Mercy Corps since February 2019, Bradley oversees the financial processes for various international projects and engages with regional finance directors on budget reports. Additionally, as a Panel Member at Children's Hearings Scotland, Bradley contributes to decisions that support children's welfare. Previous roles include Chair of the Board at Beltane Fire Society, where Bradley led significant initiatives during the pandemic, and Finance Manager at Comas Edinburgh, managing finances for both the charity and its subsidiary. Bradley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Heriot-Watt University and is pursuing professional qualifications from CIMA and the Chartered Banker Institute in sustainable finance.
