Mercy For Animals
Amelia Linn is the current Director of Global Policy at Mercy For Animals, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Amelia worked at the Environmental Defense Fund from 2018 to June 2022, holding multiple roles including Manager of Climate-Smart Agriculture and Project Manager for India. Amelia's experience also includes serving as an International Climate Fellow at NYU School of Law from 2015 to 2018 and advising the Alliance of Small Island States at Islands First from 2012 to 2018. Earlier roles include internships at the Natural Resources Defense Council and the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as volunteering at St Francis Wildlife from 2001 to 2005. Amelia holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Barnard College.
