Connie Rule

Connie Rule currently serves as a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles, since March 2022. As Chief of Strategic Partnerships at Mercy Housing since September 2018, Connie provides executive leadership in developing national partnerships that align with the organization’s mission. Previous roles include Executive Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Colorado, where representation was for over 30,000 youth, and President/CEO of Rocky Mountain Outward Bound School, responsible for educational programs for 2,600 students annually. Additionally, Connie held positions as Vice President of Community Relations and Development at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and Executive Director of The Spirituals Project. From 1996 to 2003, Connie owned and served as Senior Marketing Strategist at Golden Rule Marketing, a consultancy firm. Connie's educational background includes studies at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Regis University.
