Connie Rule currently serves as a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles, since March 2022. As Chief of Strategic Partnerships at Mercy Housing since September 2018, Connie provides executive leadership in developing national partnerships that align with the organization’s mission. From 1996 to 2003, Connie owned and served as Senior Marketing Strategist at Golden Rule Marketing, a consultancy firm. Connie's educational background includes studies at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Regis University.
