Tamara Dusch

Tamara Dusch is a seasoned professional in data governance and management with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently, Tamara serves as the Program Manager for Enterprise Data Governance at Mercy, beginning in July 2023. Prior to this role, Tamara spent nearly 26 years at Safety National, progressing through various positions including Director of Regulatory Reporting and Manager of Data Quality and Governance, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive data quality and governance strategy and collaborating across departments to ensure effective data usage. Additionally, Tamara held roles such as Manager of Electronic Data Interchange and Senior Premium Auditor. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, both from Lindenwood University.
