Rebecca Marcone is the current Vice President of Family & Treatment Family Foster Care at Mercyfirst. Rebecca has held this position for 25 years, during which time they have overseen the foster care and Adoption units, assisted in developing new programs, and helped to maintain and amend the agency's policies. Rebecca started their career at Mercyfirst as an entry level caseworker and worked their way up to their current position.

Rebecca Marcone attended New York University, where they received their master's degree in psychology in 1997. Rebecca also attended Mount Holyoke College, where they received their bachelor's degree in psychology and studio art in 1995. Prior to that, they attended Wayland Academy in Wisconsin, where they graduated in 1991.
