Wincy has also held significant roles at Ezetap Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd as Program Manager, and at Jenesys Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed Director of Product Strategy and Director of Sales. Early career experiences at Mindtree spanned roles from Technical Account Manager to Developer, contributing to diverse projects. Wincy holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute Vidisha, completed in 2003.
