Chief Technical Officer - Purple Line Transit Partners at Meridiam

Daniel Norman, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management and technical leadership. Currently serving as Chief Technical Officer for Purple Line Transit Partners at Meridiam since April 2022, Daniel previously held the role of Chief Technical Officer and Construction Oversight Director for I-4 Mobility Partners, overseeing significant construction projects such as the I-4 Ultimate Improvement Project. Prior to this, Daniel was Construction Director at Elizabeth River Crossings, OpCo LLC, managing high-profile projects including the Downtown Tunnel and Midtown Tunnel with a total construction cost of $1.5 billion. Daniel’s experience also includes serving as Site Coordinator and Project Engineer for the Panama Canal Expansion project valued at $5.25 billion, as well as roles in project management at Draper Aden Associates and Greeley and Hansen. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
