Sarah Howarth is an accomplished executive assistant and personal assistant with extensive experience across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Personal Assistant at Meridiem Investment Management since January 2023, Sarah has previously held significant positions at Ovarian Cancer Action as a Founding Member of the Next Generation Women's Collective and at Sarah Howarth Ltd as an Executive PA. Prior roles include Executive Administrator and Personal Assistant at Optiver, and multiple executive support roles at Goldman Sachs and Allianz Insurance. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Acting from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
