Meridis Ltd, formerly Omnicane Treasury Management Limited (“OTML”), was incorporated in 2012 to handle Treasury activities and secured a Treasury Management License in 2013 from the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”). 

Meridis is a subsidiary of Omnicane Group which has been one of the leading groups to believe in the sugar industry and invested massively into a sugar refinery to add value to the sugar being exported by the country. It also embarked into a diversification strategy and invested in the Energy, Ethanol, Property and Hospitality sectors.
