Meritrust Credit Union
Mr. Wilson has been with Meritrust since 2008 and in the credit union and banking industry for more than 30 years. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University. In his current role at Meritrust, he oversees human resources, recruiting, talent development, member engagement, employee engagement and financial education. Mr. Wilson serves on community boards of Junior Achievement; both in Wichita and also the Kansas Executive Board, and FOCUS International. He serves as a mentor for the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce's YPW Program, serves on the United Way Allocations Committee and serves in multiple roles in his church. Within the credit union industry, Mr. Wilson volunteers with the Heartland Credit Union Association as a trainer in the CULead program.
