Prior experience includes roles as a UX Designer and Team Leader at the same company, as well as a Lecturer at Coders Lab. Maria's background also encompasses extensive experience at Grupa Allegro, where roles ranged from UX Designer to Product Manager, contributing to various product strategies and roadmaps. Maria holds a Master of Science in Horticulture from Akademia Rolnicza in Poznań and has furthered education at Uniwersytet SWPS.
