Deborah Fernandes

Deborah Fernandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in survey programming and research services. Currently, Deborah serves as a Manager and Practice Lead for BX and Research Services at Merkle since April 2022. Prior to this role, Deborah worked at Ugam from November 2013 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team in survey programming using Dimensions and Decipher platforms, executing projects, providing technical guidance, and training new joiners. Deborah's early career included a position as a Senior Data Analyst at TNS India Pvt. Ltd., focusing on developing web surveys and data analysis. Deborah holds a Master's degree in Physics-Electronics from the University of Mumbai and an Advanced Diploma from NIIT, complemented by a Bachelor of Physics from St. Xavier’s College.
