Sunny Kanojia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior QA Data Analyst at Merkle since October 2013, Sunny specializes in project estimation and deadline management, along with creating social media vendor APIs for Data Refinery. Prior to this role, Sunny worked as an MIS Executive at Xerox India Pvt Ltd from November 2010 to November 2012, focusing on management information systems, and began a career in customer service at Tata Teleservices Ltd, where responsibilities included handling escalations related to various service issues from October 2007 to August 2010.
