Paul Richard Palacio is an experienced engineering manager with a specialization in product introduction and process development within the solar technology sector. Currently serving at Merlin Solar Technologies since April 2020, Paul drives the development lifecycle of new products while mentoring employees to enhance team performance. Prior experience includes key roles at Merlin Solar Technologies (Phils.) Inc. and QFlex Energy, where Paul contributed to the successful establishment of manufacturing processes and implementation of process controls. With a strong background in yield improvement and quality control from tenure at SunPower Philippines, Paul has significantly reduced defect rates and resolved critical yield concerns. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mindanao Polytechnic State College.
