Paul Friedman

Paul Friedman currently serves as the Global Corporate Controller at Datasite since July 2024. Previously, Paul held the position of Corporate Controller and Interim CAO at DigitalOcean from January 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included SEC reporting, global consolidations, and oversight of global accounts payable and payroll. Prior to that, Paul was the Executive Director - Controller at MSCI Inc. for nearly 12 years, managing a team of 48 and overseeing corporate accounting. Other notable roles included Director of Corporate and Americas Accounting at Moody's Corporation and Manager of SEC Reporting at National Grid, where Paul led various financial initiatives and transformations. Paul holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Binghamton University and an MBA in Accounting/Finance from the University at Buffalo.
