Randy Gustafson

Randy Gustafson has extensive experience in regional account management and access within the pharmaceutical industry. Randy has held roles at various companies, including Regeneron, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Eisai, Pharmacia, Pharmacia Corporation, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Throughout their career, Randy has consistently exceeded sales and market share goals, established positive formulary access, and negotiated profitable contracts with various payer segments. Randy has developed strong relationships with managed care organizations and played key roles in reimbursement programs, contract negotiations, and buy and bill models. Randy's expertise lies in oncology, orphan drugs, and various therapeutic areas.

Randy Gustafson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Evansville. In addition to their degree, Randy has obtained two certifications: "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn in February 2021 and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
