Mike Passarello is a seasoned Superintendent with extensive experience in overseeing construction projects. Currently employed at Merritt Construction Services since October 2014, Mike plays a significant role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while collaborating with a skilled team of professionals. In addition, Mike has been with Merritt Properties, LLC since July 2012, focusing on general maintenance, space turnovers, and budget management. Previous experience includes serving as a job site foreman at Magnum Contractors from 2005 to 2008, where responsibilities included managing the punch out process for new residential constructions and conducting settlement walkthroughs. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Catonsville Community College, earned between 2014 and 2016, and graduated from Liberty High School in 1999.
