Mitesh Daftardar

Mitesh Daftardar currently serves as the Head of Digital Innovation & Commercial Excellence at Merz Therapeutics, leading patient-focused digital initiatives and overseeing pricing and market access strategies since October 2021. Prior to this role, Mitesh held various positions at Bayer from November 2010 to September 2021, including Digital Transformation Lead, where responsibilities included managing strategic projects centered on digital therapeutics and forming partnerships within the pharmaceutical sector. Mitesh also acted as a Business Partner for Marketing and Sales IT, providing consulting and driving innovation within the Pulmonology franchise, and worked as a Global Brand Manager focusing on marketing strategies for anti-infectives. Earlier career experiences include consultancy roles while pursuing a Master's degree in European Business at ESCP Europe, and a position as a Front Office Sales Associate at Intercontinental Hotels Group. Mitesh holds dual degrees in Business and Management from ESCP Business School.
