Nat Belotserkovsky

Nat Belotserkovsky has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career in 2003 as an HR Manager at MERA Networks, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, Nat served as the Head of HR Department at IKEA. They then joined IBM as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and worked there for over 14 years, until 2021. During their time at IBM, Nat also worked as an HR Consultant at a Consulting Company from 2018 to 2021.
