Charlie McLaughlin

Charlie McLaughlin has over a decade of experience in product development and engineering within the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineer at Mesa Laboratories, Inc. since 2019, Charlie previously held the role of Product Development Lead and Product Development Engineer at Lonza from 2012 to December 2018. Additional experience includes working as a Research Engineer at Bend Research, a division of Capsugel, from 2010 to 2012, and as a Process Engineer at Micron Technology from 2007 to 2009. Charlie began a professional career at Montana State University from January 2003 to December 2007 as a Chemical and Biological Engineer, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman in 2007.
