Avital Jarus-Hakak has been working in the field since 2002, when they began as a Research Epidemiologist at the Gertner Institute. In 2011, they joined the School of Population and Public Health as an Occupational Epidemiologist. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at The University of British Columbia as a Research Coordinator for the http://health-design.spph.ubc. project. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Specialist at Mesh Payments.
Avital Jarus-Hakak obtained their M.Sc. in Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine from Tel Aviv University.
