Todd has extensive experience in executing custom finance solutions and debt offerings for government agencies, municipalities, and tax-exempt entities across the country. Prior to Mesirow Financial, Todd worked as a Financial Analyst at Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and as a Staff Accountant at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Todd holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
