Prior to this, Will worked at Magnolia Capital as the Managing Director & Principal, leading the Investments & Business Development team. Before that, Will held various roles at Heitman in real estate investment. Will began their career at Northwestern Mutual Life as a College Agent. Will earned their BSBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
