Anders Holt is an experienced professional with a strong background in UX design and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of UX Design at Mestergruppen AS since August 2021, Anders is responsible for creating digital experiences across multiple brands, leading web design projects, and developing complex systems and dashboards. Prior to this role, Anders worked at Storebrand from August 2014 to June 2021, engaging in various positions including financial advising and significant digitization initiatives. Anders also has extensive experience in sales and sales management from diverse roles spanning 14 years prior to 2014. Educational qualifications include a UX-Designer degree from Noroff (2020-2022) and studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
